The role of a BFF and BF

BFF (Best Friend Forever)

1. Calls/Text and make sure you're okay
   
2. Reminds you of the things that matters to you - eg. Make sure you are studying or writing as much as you said you were suppose to
3. Reminds you who you really are - especially so if your new love interest is making you make too much changes in your life.
4. Reminds you that even if you think no one loves you or want you, you will always be wanted and loved by them
5. Most of all BFF makes you feel that you can be whoever you want to be and later on you can still contradict yourself - they will still be there cheering you on
6. Definitely should not forget your birthday, making it a big deal is big deal to them.
7. Someone to rant about your life no matter how petty it seems, they would always be there to listen
8. Would show a brave face ad be brave when you are faced with tremendous tragedy, but would cry for you behind you.
9. Would pray for you successes and remind you to be stronger everytime you think of quitting.
10. Accept you for all that you are.
    

For all those reasons, I have always thought that I would be forever happy if I were to marry my BFF. I used to have one BFF who was and probably still is the greatest love of my life. He left - and I was heartbroken. It took me years to get over that.

Then I realise I can't have only one BFF, I need more. I cannot depend everything on one person. I need to have as many support as I can - only then I can be stronger and be a much better person of course.

So in my quest to make my BF my BFF, I need to ensure that I don't loose all the current BFF that I already have. They have been there through thick and thin with me. I need them more than anything to go on. And most of all I need their blessing.
